Domain Forwarding
Domain Forwarding (also known as Website or URL forwarding) allows you to point your domain name to a URL you specify. Use the Masked/Not masked feature to determine whether or not the destination URL will be displayed in the browser address line.

Email Forwarding
Redirect email addressed to your domain name to an existing email address you already use, like your Gmail account. The incoming email is automatically filtered for spam before being forwarded.

Some registrars, such as Hover, charge $5.00 a year per forward.

For hosted email services, we recommend Google's G Suite (formerly called Google Apps).

On May 17, 2004, ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) introduced a mandatory fee for some domain names.

Contact Privacy
Contact Privacy (also known as WHOIS Privacy) is an optional service that hides your identity (address, phone number, email address) whenever a WHOIS Lookup is done on your domain name. Private domain registration prevents emails from spammers and calls from telemarketers. Contact Privacy, in addition to Domain Locking, makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized transfers to occur - whether accidental or malicious.

Domain Locking
Domain Locking is a security feature that prevents domain transfers. If a domain is locked, transfers cannot be made until the domain is unlocked.

Managed DNS with DNSSEC Support
The Domain Name System Security Extensions (DNSSEC) ensure that a website's traffic is safely directed to the correct servers, so that a connection to a website is not intercepted by a man-in-the-middle. You can learn more about DNSSEC in Cloudflare's articles: How do I turn on DNSSEC?, How do I add a DS Record to my registrar?, and DNSSEC: An Introduction.
